  • Grant Writing & Administration- From identifying opportunities to writing competitive applications to administering funded projects, we’ve got you covered.
  • Economic Development Support- Whether it’s starting a new business or attracting a major investment, we help connect your community to resources and partners.
  • Regional Representation- Kaysinger represents your voice in regional, state, and federal initiatives, ensuring your community has a seat at the table.
  • Commission Voting Rights –Your appointed representative becomes a voting member of our Full Commission Board, helping shape regional priorities.
  • Discounted Services- Members receive reduced rates for grant writing, administration, and planning services

Your Voice, Your Vote
Membership also means governance. Each member community appoints a representative who serves as a voting member of the Full Commission Board. This board meets twice annually to review progress, set goals, and ensure the region’s priorities reflect local needs.
Full Commission meetings are held every May and November.
Representatives serve as liaisons between Kaysinger and your community.

How to Make the Most of Your Membership


1. Appoint an Active Representative
Your Community’s designated representative plays a key role in communication, coordination, and voting on regional priorities. Choose someone who is:

  • Engaged in community affairs
  • Able to attend Full Commission meetings in May and November
  • Willing to serve as a point of contact between kaysinger and your local government.

This representative helps ensure your community’s needs and ideas are heard and represented at the regional level.

2. Connect with Our Team Early and Often

3. Stay in the Loop
We share important opportunities, updates, and training announcements throughout the year, and have guest speakers at each of our board meetings. To make sure your community doesn’t miss out:

  • Attend regular board meetings (3rd Thursday of every odd month, May & November held in conjunction with Full Commission)
  • Attend Full Commission meetings every May and November
