Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Regional Planner will perform a variety of planning projects, including hazard mitigation planning, transit planning, regional transportation coordination and planning, trail plans, and assist communities with the prioritization of transportation projects. This position includes community outreach, data collection and analysis, collaboration with both local governments, and the maintaining of effective linkages with the Missouri Department of Transportation.
