Paul Bruhn Grant Program March Update

The Paul Bruhn Grant Program is a competitive grant program for the rehabilitation, renovation, and preservation of historic properties that are on, or eligible to be on, the National Register of Historic Places, and that will stimulate economic development in the region.

Kaysinger is still awaiting input and review of the application and guidelines from the National Park Service. Once both of these items are approved, Kaysinger will notify the region the application is available and an applicant training will be conducted within one week of the announcement.

The properties in the region that are on the National Register of Historic Places have been compiled in a list. If you would like that list, or you want to know if your property is already listed, please call or email Shannon at 417-298-6070, [email protected].

Kaysinger is still working on establishing teams for the following categories:

Grant Reviewers – help review, rank, and score applications.

If you are interested in assisting with either of these teams please contact Shannon Stewart – at (417) 298-6070 or [email protected].

Stay tuned as updates are posted on the Kaysinger Basin RPC Facebook page and on our website.
