Community Association of Regional Enterprises/Truman Regional Community Development Corporation

The Community Association of Regional Enterprises (CARE) and Truman Regional Community Development Corporation (TRCDC) are both 501(c)3 organizations administered by Kaysinger. While CARE’s mission is business development, TRCDC specializes in community development Together, these organizations assist in providing space and resources for service organizations, small businesses, and an educational institution for higher learning, in addition to pursuing funding for various projects throughout the Kaysinger region.

Throughout the last few years CARE has assisted in providing space for the AARP program aiming to pair individuals over the age of 55 with jobs, as well as the University of Missouri Extension, Mission Clinton, Henry County Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and ALM Environmental Solutions. TRCDC provides space for the State Fair Community College (SFCC) Clinton Campus which provides access to higher education in our rural area. CARE has a small revolving loan fund that aids in providing funding to small businesses in our region.

Both organizations look to increase assistance for securing funding for various projects and small businesses, as well as enhancing higher educational opportunities for individuals throughout the Kaysinger region.
